RE: Policy Provision on CP&BC Breakfast Payments

Since the inception of the Catholic Professional and Business club in October, the Board of Directors has created Bylaws and Policies for the Club. One of the policies in place is the prepayment provision. It states that “the club is to bill all members and guests who pre-register for the monthly breakfast meeting, but then are not able to attend, for whatever reason”. This will offset the cost of the food that was prepared for you that became an expense to the club.

We understand that sometimes it proves difficult to make a club meeting. However, unless our club can cancel your meal by the deadline, we are forced to pay for your breakfast. So, if you find that you cannot make a meeting at the last minute, send a friend or business colleague in your place. While we wish we could refund your prepayment, we cannot do so if you cancel after the deadline.
