Position:     
Debugger Engineer - San Jose, USA

 Location:   
San Jose, CA

Description:   
Member of the team to keep the MetaWare Development Toolkit at a world-class level. These tools are needed to support the ARC processors.  Involves software development, testing and maintenance of the various modules, and designing next generation debugger tools.

Candidate will have programming experience within developer tools programming, symbolic debuggers, low-level debuggers and experience in user interface code, application development and multi-threaded environment. A background in object-oriented design and a strong C++ fluency is required.

The candidate's responsibilities will be to: Investigate, research and implement advanced debugging technologies. Work on next generation debugging solutions while maintaining and expanding existing technologies. Develop automated test suites additions and Interact between teams in different geographical areas.  Design complex tool systems and solutions. Write and review design documents.

 Education/Experience Required:
BS or MS in computer Science or Computer Engineering

The following skills are essential:   Hands-on experience with C/C++,   Cross-platform (Windows/Linux/Unix) development experience, Knowledge of operating systems fundamentals, multiprocess / multithreaded applications, Knowledge of different executable and symbolic format such as ELF and Dwarf  and  Knowledge of a scripting programming language – sh, csh, etc.,  Good English language knowledge (writing/speaking), able to co-operate and work under pressure.

The following skills would be an advantage: Knowledge of Embedded Systems , Experience with Java, Eclipse Plugin development and GUI development.

Description:   
Akeena Solar (www.akeena.com), the fastest growing solar design and installation company, is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer. The Company is seeking an experienced Professional structural or mechanical engineer to assist in the design and layout of photovoltaic systems for large scale commercial and residential projects. This includes pre-sales engineering support to final design.

Education/Experience Required:
BS degree in engineering or related technology field from an ABET accredited curriculum is required as well as a California PE license. A Masters degree is a definite plus.

Description:   
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Consumer Marketing Manager has the primary responsibility to build a Business-to-Consumer marketing program including developing residential sales channels, understanding buyer types, and designing and executing both strategic and tactical means to reach the target markets.
